Matt Lewis signed for Hinckley, initially for 1 months loan in August 2003, from
Nationwide Kidderminster Harriers. After being recalled by the League club he was
finally released for a £5000 fee in December 2003. The young forward had signed
with Kidderminster in July 2001. He made 14 first team appearances, scoring 1
goal, but had played mainly in the under 18's, and on loan to other Dr Marten
clubs Evesham United and Solihull Borough. He started at Coventry Marconi where
he was spotted after scoring 52 goals in just one season for them. Briefly left
the club in November 2005 for Kettering Town, but returned in February 2006.
Matt has been converted to the right wing back/right full back role and this last
season has been getting regular games in the defence.
Transfered to Halesowen Town in June 2006. |
