Midfielder Morton joined the club from Bedworth United and made his debut in
United's first ever match in 1997. Previous clubs include Wolverhampton Wanderers
and Stratford Town. He won a Dr Martens Western Division Championship Medal with
Hinckley United in 2000/01 and during the 2001/02 season Morton became the first
Hinckley United player to pass the double century for appearances. Morton was club
captain for the first 5 years and is still regarded as a Hinckley United legend. Left to join Solihull Borough in July 2002. |
