Barry signed for Hinckley in September 2005 from Worcester City. The defender
started as a trainee at Stoke City and then moved to Rocester in July 1999 and
became a regular in their Dr Martens League side. He transferred to Gresley Rovers
in February 2001 and then followed former manager John McGinlay to Ilkeston Town
in July 2002. In August 2003 Worcester City paid £5000 to take him to St
Georges Lane. Barry had a recurring back problem which has seen him struggle for
fitness in his first season at Hinckley.
Loaned to Gresley Rovers and then made move permanent in November 2006. |
