  Directions to ground
Warning: Conveniently for the people who benefit from the money, there is no way of avoiding the Dartford Tunnel/Queen Elizabeth Bridge Tolls, without going the opposite way around the M25 costing more than the Toll in petrol. JOY!
Take M69 to M1 south to London. At M1 Junction 6A join the M25 east towards M11, The Dartford Tunnel and M20. At M25 Junction 30 take the Dartford Crossing route. The Queen Elizabeth Bridge for South bound or under the Thames in the Dartford Tunnel for North bound. Both are TOLL routes so both will rip you off £1, even though you've already paid your road tax. Rejoin M25, then at Junction 5 take the A21 towards Tunbridge Wells. Then pick up the A26 towards Brighton, after passing Uckfield take the A22 towards Eastbourne. Before Eastbourne turn left/east onto A27 towards Hastings. Continue east on the A27 for about two miles before turning right, signposted Stone Cross onto B2247. Continue towards Stone Cross village, past Dittons Nursery on your left and over the roundabout. Shortly afterwards you will come to a crossroads, with a church on your left and Red Lion pub on the right. Turn right, onto the B2104 Friday Street. At the end of Friday Street, turn left at the double mini-roundabout into Hide Hollow, B2191, passing Eastbourne Crematorium on your right. Turn right at the roundabout into Priory Road, and Priory Lane is about 200 yards down the road on the left.
