  JAMIE LENTON Defence/Midfield
DOB: 01/77 Nuneaton
Appearances 330  Goals 81
Last update - 6th May 2008
Jamie re-signed for Hinckley United initially on loan, in February 2003, then permanently in March. Jamie had left Hinckley for Nuneaton Borough in July 2002, but struggled to maintain a regular place, making only 14 appearances. The left sided midfielder originally joined Hinckley United in season 1999/2000 from VS Rugby. Previously with RC Warwick and Solihull. He has scored many goals from the midfield and at the end of the 2001/02 season Jamie became the clubs leading goalscorer (now since reclaimed.) Jamie won a Dr Martens Western Division Championship medal with Hinckley United in 2000/01. Jamie recently passed 300 appearances for Hinckley United and in November 2007 became the club's record appearance holder (again), cementing his place in Hinckley folklore.

Currently out with long term injury

Whisks, Toasters, Brevils and 'George Foreman' Griddles are all consideratley cared for and humanely disposed of in his Garden of Morphy Richards Tranquility. For hobbies Jamie lists Flea Collecting and Aardvark Hunting amongst his favourites.
